- Anne Chislett (*1942) is a Canadian author and screenwriter. After graduating from the University of British Columbia, she worked as a teacher until 1980. Since then, Chislett has been a full-time author. Her best-known works are The Tomorrow Box (1980) and Quiet in the Land (1996). The play Flippin' In, which was first produced in 1996, won the Chalmer's Canadian Play for Young Audiences Award.
